The website would like to informs its esteemed customers that in case you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, the amount will refunded after deducting a nominal charge of 10% of the order value. To cancel your order, you can send us an email at customerservice@menzkart.com.In case the ordered product has been dispatched then we will not entertain any request for cancellation of order.

It is always our endeavour to try our level best to deliver as per the image shown (images are indicative only) & are subject to availability of product on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the product, product color other features of the product or other products with equal or higher value in case of un-availability of the ordered product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.

If the received products are/is damaged/defective or wrong, just email us at the earliest at customerservice@menzkart.com. Please return the item unopened and with its original packaging/form, for a full refund. In case the package is opened or the original packaging is found to be damaged no request for refund will be entertained.

Menzkart.com do not stock all the products listed on the Menzkart.com. However, products do go out of stock with our suppliers, at times and it is not intimated to Menzkart.com in time. If Menzkart.com is unable to deliver the product within 8 working days from the estimated delivery time period, Menzkart.com will refund your entire amount without any deduction.

Refunds would be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or a credit to the credit card account within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by Menzkart.com & cheques will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
